These Booking Conditions form the agreement between you (the "Customer") and Epic Mauritius Tours Ltd, a company registered in the UK under company number 16344908 operating premium tour experiences in Mauritius (the “Event”). By purchasing a ticket, package, or related services, you accept these terms in full.
You/Your: The lead booker and any individuals included in their booking.
We/Us/Our: Epic Mauritius Tours Ltd and its agents or partners.
Product and Services: All tickets, tours, packages, hospitality, or add-ons available for purchase from us.
A binding contract is formed once payment is made. You are responsible for all payments under your booking, including for members of your group. All attendees must be 18+ unless otherwise specified.
Prices are displayed in EUROS (or as specified) and subject to applicable taxes and transaction fees. All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or at the promoter’s discretion.
We reserve the right to amend any advertised prices at our discretion and to correct errors in advertised and confirmed prices. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and verified.
Certain tickets may be subject to market pricing, whereby ticket prices may vary based on demand, similar to airline and hotel pricing. This means ticket prices may increase or decrease at any time before purchase. You will not be entitled to any refund or credit if:
6.1. The price was lower before your purchase;
6.2. The same ticket is reduced after your purchase.
If you do not receive an order confirmation or experience an error, it is your responsibility to confirm the order with us. We are not liable for assumptions made due to missing confirmation.
All purchases are subject to verification procedures including card validation. We may cancel orders that fail this process or if payment is reversed. We are not liable for cancellations due to payment provider actions.
Tickets are electronic and must be shown at entry. Packages may include transport, event access, food & beverage credit, or accommodation. We reserve the right to modify inclusions due to operational needs.
Name changes may be allowed at our discretion, with a EUR 50 fee. Bookings are non-transferable unless authorized.
International travel is not included. Customers must provide flight details to us at least 5 working days in advance for any local pick-up coordination.
12.1. Package Tiers
include different amenities. Ultimate tiers offer fast-track access but not lounge access for certain events.
12.2. No Downgrade or Compensation
Unused benefits are non-refundable.
12.3. Substitutions
We may replace any activity or inclusion with alternatives of equal or higher value.
13.1. Optional Activities
Day 2 activities require pre-booking and have limited capacity.
13.2. Weather-Dependent
Events may be changed or cancelled due to weather. Refunds apply only if the full event is cancelled.
13.3. Physical Suitability
Guests must be fit to participate and disclose any health issues in advance.
14.1. Included Transport
Transport is included by tier. You may be required to meet at a central point if accommodation is remote.
14.2. Punctuality Required
Missed transfers are not refunded.
14.3. Delays and Waiting Times
Transport waits up to 60 minutes after flight arrival. Beyond that, guests must arrange their own transport.
15.1. Alcohol
Served to 18+ only. Drink credits are not refundable.
15.2. Dietary Restrictions
We try to accommodate special diets, but cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
16.1. Dress Code & Entry
Some events have dress codes. Entry may be refused for non-compliance or intoxication.
16.2. Admission Times
Late arrivals may lose access to perks.
By attending, you consent to photo and video capture for promotional use unless opted out in writing in advance.
18.1. Optional Add-Ons
Only listed inclusions are covered. Add-ons are charged separately.
18.2. Accommodation (If Provided)
Accommodation must be confirmed in advance. Damages are your responsibility.
Some events are operated by licensed third parties. Complaints must be directed to the relevant provider.
20.1. Minimum Numbers
Bookings require a minimum of two people. Activities may have their own thresholds.
20.2. Right to Cancel & Partial Refund
We may cancel specific activities if minimum numbers are not met. Partial refunds will be issued accordingly.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal. Follow all safety rules.
We are not liable for personal loss or injury unless caused by proven negligence.
We are not responsible for cancellations due to events outside our control. Credits or new dates may be offered.
All sales are final unless we cancel the event with no alternative. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
Media captured may be used in promotions. Written opt-out requests must be submitted 7 days before the event.
We collect data to manage your booking and for marketing. Data is shared only where legally required or operationally necessary.
Notify us in advance of any medical or accessibility needs. Not all venues may be suitable for all conditions.
No insurance is provided. Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
All branding and promotional content is protected. Reuse is prohibited.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days post-event. Disputes will follow Clause 12.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. All disputes will be resolved in Mauritian courts.
Minors aged 15 years and above are allowed entry only if accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian.
By entering the venue, you agree to these terms to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Please note: this is an outdoor, open-air event. Attendees must prepare for all weather conditions independently.
By attending, you consent to photography, video, and audio recordings. Your image, voice, and likeness may be used for promotional purposes by Elysium Events.
All ticket sales are final. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or refunded. Please refer to Elysium Events’ official Refund Policy for further details.
Elysium Events is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Please keep all valuables secure at all times.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at on-site stalls and bars. Outside food or drinks are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
The event enforces a zero-tolerance policy on illegal or illicit substances. Violators may be removed without refund. Entry may also be denied to individuals deemed intoxicated or displaying inappropriate behavior.
Tickets bought from unauthorized sellers are invalid. Duplicating, reselling, or tampering with tickets may lead to denied entry or legal action.
Attendees must behave respectfully. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will lead to removal at the discretion of event staff.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers or authorities. In case of postponement, original tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
By attending, you assume all associated risks, including travel to/from the venue, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Elysium Events and the venue accept no liability for related claims.

14.1. Lockdown Protocol
If the event falls within a government-mandated lockdown, it may be postponed or canceled.
Postponement: Tickets remain valid; no refunds.
Cancellation: Full refund issued according to cancellation terms.

If the event date coincides with Cyclone Class 2 or higher:
